– What is included in the price?

The price that we quote includes VAT, all testing, fitting, fine-tuning, firmware upgrades and all aftercare for the life of the hearing aids. The life of the hearing aids should be approximatelly 5 years. Please note that we do not sell hearing aids by mail order.

– I have been quoted a much higher price than the one you are offering, why?

There are many hearing aid companies that spend a huge amount of money on advertising. The larger national companies behind the scenes at their head offices employ many people. It is not because the high street or national companies are trying to take advantage of people. It is just that they simply need to charge high prices to pay for their much higher overheads.

– Hearing aids seem very costly, why is it so?

Buying hearing aids is not at all like buying a television or any other gadget. The price that we offer is inclusive of many years of aftercare provided by a qualified hearing professional. This process involves the services like testing your hearing, retesting your hearing, re-programming of the hearing aids and maintenance
